About SpecialHolding

SpecialHolding AS is a holding company, and Specialinnovation is its arm to bring ideas to life.
At present there are 4 startups in www.SpecialHolding.no :
www.SpecialMaritime.com 
www.SpecialH2.com 
www.SpecialCapital.no 
www.SpecialInnovation.com (in which SpecialH2 and part of SpecialMaritime belongs).
SpecialCapital is the fuel which has to drive/start up all of them, until they run on their own, or joint venture with an investor has been established - and later SpecialCapital will invest the profit and deposits coming from same.

About the team

For now there are no employees in neither of the brands/companies.
Everything is done as volunteer, free of charge.
SpecialHolding AS is owned by master mariner, machinist, experienced entrepreneur ao. Ditlev Ditlevsen.

SpecialHolding AS is a startup in itself, as per 2024.
The model is well known to startups worldwide:
A sack of rice and a rented roof - with a kind and understanding landlord.
It has been done before, and it can be done again.

About the status

Common for all startups, including this one, is that they are seeking pre-seed capital in order to deliver.
In this case: innovation for the world and future.
Prototype for H2 has been started, Stage 1 is done, stage 2 is in process - many stages to be developed.
Prototype for SpecialMaritime is ongoing.
